The Pierwszy Stopień restaurant is a family place created out of love for plants and good, regional products.

We work with farmers around Cracow, who supply their produce to our restaurant and, together with us, make up the brand “Stopień natury – eco food and more”.

You can try our homemade preserves, pickled food and spreads not only in the dishes ordered at the restaurant, but also from a jar bought in person or through our online shop.

At Pierwszy Stopień, we have also made sure to serve alcohols that align with our philosophy.

Natural and biodynamic wines have delighting flavors and quality.

It is also worth trying infused vodkas and drinks, the flavors of which are composed based on the commonly known, though sometimes somewhat forgotten, local herbs and fruit. Pierwszy Stopień combines nature, flavor and fun!
