Citi Handlowy supported the PLN 1.7 billion public offering of Diagnostyka

- Citi Handlowy Brokerage House successfully managed the public offering of Diagnostyka S.A., with the MidEuropa fund investing at the maximum issue price of PLN 105, bringing the total offering value to nearly PLN 1.7 billion.

The Citi Handlowy Brokerage Office has successfully completed the public offering of Diagnostyka S.A.
The MidEuropa fund executed the investment at the maximum price of PLN 105, as this was the issue price set in the public offering of the Polish leader in medical diagnostics. The value of the offering amounted to nearly PLN 1.7 billion.
This is the first public offering in Europe this year, and at the same time, a very successful debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We hope it will be a good sign for the coming months and bring a revival to the WSE, said Wojciech Adamczyk, Director of the Citi Handlowy Brokerage Office.
As part of the IPO, 16,147,124 existing shares held by the selling shareholder were offered, which, after the offering, represent 47.83% of the company's share capital and 32.5% of the votes at the general meeting.
Diagnostyka has the largest network of diagnostic laboratories in Poland, performs over 140 million tests annually, and offers comprehensive services to both individual and business clients.
