Listen to your heart, support wisely!

Join “I Help – Priceless® Moments”, pay with your Mastercard® and support charity organizations in a secure way.

How does it work?

  • Log in to the “I Help – Priceless Moments” program and activate the “I Help – Priceless Moments” tool.
  • Go to the list of charity and select the one you want to support. You can support several charity organizations if you wish.
  • Set a micropayment (minimum PLN 0.20) that will be added to each transaction with your Mastercard and specify the monthly limit. This gives you full control over your donations.
  • Enter the details of the card you want to use to make donations. It has to be the card used to log in to the Priceless Moment program.
  • After setting your first donation, you will gain access to the screen with a summary of donations made to the selected organization.

As a thank you for joining and setting up a donation, you will receive additional points in the Priceless Moments program. You can receive 15,000 points for microdonations from June, July and August. We will reward you with 5,000 points for each of the indicated periods.

The organizer of the Special Offer " Ty wspierasz, my doceniamy " is Mastercard. The offer is valid until September 30, 2024 or until the pool of 5,570 prizes is exhausted and may be repeated.


Score on Friday – Start the Weekend with Rewards

Friday is a great day for shopping, so take advantage of the "Score on Friday" promotion and receive a total of up to 4,000 points in the Mastercard Priceless Specials Program.

How to earn points?

  • Register for the Mastercard® Priceless Specials Program in Citibank Online®.
  • Make a payment with a Citibank Mastercard card registered for the Program at any Program Partner, for an amount of at least PLN 100, on any Friday until October 31, 2023.
  • As part of the Promotion, you can receive a maximum of two rewards of 2,000 points each.

Exchange the collected points for vouchers or rewards from partners.

Offer for Citibank Mastercard® card holders.

The “Zapunktuj w Piątek” promotion runs until October 31.10.2024 or until the pool of 85,000 rewards is exhausted and may be repeated. During the promotion, you can earn up to two rewards of 2,000 points each (“Rewards”) in the Mastercard Priceless Specials program (“Program”), which can be exchanged for items in the rewards catalog, including e-vouchers. To earn a Reward, make a payment of at least 100 PLN using your Mastercard registered in the Program on any Friday during the promotion period at any Program Partner. Participation in the promotion is voluntary. The promotion is organized by Mastercard Europe SA, operating in Poland through Mastercard Europe SA Branch in Poland.

How to get additional points in the Mastercard Priceless Specials Program?

  • Register your Citibank Mastercard Card for the Mastercard Priceless Specials program in Citibank Online® > Card Benefits.
  • Make at least one transaction using Apple Pay or Google Pay, with a card registered in the program, for an amount of at least PLN 100 in one of the stationary stores or in the online store: EMPIK, SMYK, RTV EURO AGD, INTERSPORT, DECATHLON, BARTEK, RESERVED, COCCODRILLO
  • As part of the promotion, you can make two transactions and collect 4,000 points for each of them and exchange them for any prizes or gift cards under the Priceless Specials program.

Exchange the collected points for vouchers or rewards from partners.

Offer for Citibank Mastercard® card holders.

The organizer of the "Develop your passions at school" offer is Mastercard Europe SA. The offer is valid until 30.09.2024 or until the pool of 32,000,000 points in the Mastercard® Priceless® Specials Program is exhausted and may be repeated. One participant may receive a maximum of two prizes in the promotion for making bonus purchases. Points awarded as part of the Reward are valid for 3 months. 4,000 points in Mastercard® Priceless® Specials Program correspond to prizes worth PLN 50 in total.

How to use?

  1. download the Mastercard Travel Experiences application, register by providing the details of the card that belongs to the premium zone in the Priceless Specials program,
  2. before the flight, select the airport and the time slot in the application,
  3. complete the necessary data and generate a voucher,
  4. scan the voucher at the Fast Track entrance at the airport.

Offer for participants of the Mastercard Priceless Moments program with Premium status who have registered their Card in the Mastercard Travel Experience Application. Airport Security Fast Track Premium are solutions provided by Dragonpass. Insure your online purchases
with the Mastercard®
Priceless® Specials program

  • Activate the insurance.

The online purchase insurance is available to the owners of the Citigold and Citigold Private Client personal accounts as well as the holders of the Gold, Platinium, World and World Elite credit cards. To activate the insurance, enter the BIN number of one of the above-mentioned cards.

What benefits come with the insurance?

  • Extended manufacturer's warranty when buying household appliances, audio/video equipment and electronic devices.
  • Lowest price guaranteed, i.e. we will refund the difference between the amount paid for your purchase and the lowest price of the identical product found in another shop.
  • Purchase protection in case of theft or product damage resulting from flooding or fire in the buyer's place of residence within 30 days of purchase.
