By contacting the helpline, an Employee (Cardholder) has the ability to:
- PIN changes
- obtaining assistance with CitiManager access
- blocking a card (e.g., in case of loss) - feature also available in CitiManager
- performing other actions that can also be carried out using the CitiManager system
During standard working hours, infoline support is available in the following languages: Polish, English, Czech, French, Spanish, German, Romanian, Slovak, and Hungarian (the list of available languages may change in the future).
We remind you that the CitiManager system, also available as the CitiManager Mobile application, remains at your employees' disposal around the clock. We especially recommend this method of contact with the bank if you need to block a card. Card blocking can be performed in many languages, including Polish, from the system level:
- Cardholder – using the Card Replacement option in the CitiManager system or the CitiManager Mobile application,
- Card Program Administrator – editing option in the User Management tab in the CitiManager system.
