Wroclaw - another city with a Smart outlet
After Katowice, Warsaw and Poznan, Citi Handlowy opened another modern Smart outlet. The new outlet was launched in Magnolia Park shopping center on April 5.
In the area of more than 100 square meters in the Magnolia Park shopping center Citi Handlowy opened a branch for its customers, which, similarly to previous smart outlets, is equipped with cutting-edge facilities, such as the Interactive Media Wall, which displays the latest financial information; the Work Bench, which, equipped with tablets, allows customers to conduct certain banking transactions on their own; and video conferencing facility, which customers can use to obtain expert opinion and consultation from Citi Handlowy specialists.
“We were looking for a next generation solution for our bank branches. We believe that the answer is a flexible mix of distribution formats that work together in an ecosystem to serve customers in their local markets and connect them to global capabilities and expertise that international banks can provide said Shahnawaz Lalani, Sales & Distribution Division Head, Citibank. “Smart Banking allows us to create the bank in a far more interactive and a customer friendly way. We have flipped this concept on its head and shifted the equation, the customer is no longer asked to stand in line for their turn to be served. They are able to explore their needs using our interactive touch screens assisted by our sales people or other-wise, they are able to open their accounts using our straight through technology. Being able to lead with that kind of a service is a real differentiator between us and other banks” .
The outlet in Wroclaw is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.
