Our offer changes and depends on the seasonal products. Every day we offer from 3 to 6 different tastes, including: Belgium chocolate, champagne, mango-passion fruit, “Cointreau” liqueur. Our specialty are mono desserts inspired by French confectionery. A delicate mousse with a fruity jellybean to break the taste, served on a crunchy brownie or almond bottom. The dessert is topped with a mirror glacage or suede coating. Every dessert is multivariable. The culinary experiences are guaranteed by staggering combinations of different tastes and textures as well as aesthetics and precision of preparation.
